How To Use AA Abrasives Website
To Shop AA Abrasives Products
At the top of every page you will see a navigational menu to help you maneuver through the site more quickly.
Hover on Shop Products in the navigation menu at the top of the page to activate a drop down menu.
In the menu that drops down you will see AA Abrasives categories listed. You can hover over any Category to see the subcategories for that category pop-out. For example if you are hover over the category Coated Abrasives sub-categories will be listed such as Flap Discs, Sanding Discs and Sanding Belts.
If you click on any of the Category selections you will go to a page with the subcategories of the category you selected. If you click on a subcategory you will go to the subcategory page you selected.
Once you select a category or a subcategory from the navigation menu you will go to a page with specific category or subcategory options for you to select. You can also scroll down these pages past the categories to begin viewing specific products.
When viewing products you can click on the item you want to get additional information for OR add it to your cart right from the category or subcategory page.
- If you want to add an item to your cart enter the quantity you want and click Add to Cart.
To Shop by Manufacturer
Shopping by manufacturer uses the same process as shopping AA Products.
At the top of every page you will have a navigational menu to help you maneuver through the site more quickly.
Hover on Shop Manufacturers in the navigation menu at the top of the page to activate a drop down menu.
In the menu that drops down you will see manufacturers listed. You can hover over any the manufacturers to see the subcategories for that manufacturer. For example if you are hover over the manufacturer AA Abrasives Sanding Belts the subcategories you will see are the different belt sizes.
If you click on any of the Category selections you will go to a page with the subcategories for the category you selected. If you click on a subcategory you will go to the subcategory page you selected.
Once you select a category or a subcategory from the navigation menu you will go to a page with specific category or subcategory options for you to select. You can also scroll down these pages past the categories to begin viewing specific products.
When viewing products you can click on the item you want to get additional information for OR add it to your cart right from the category or subcategory page.
- If you want to add an item to your cart enter the quantity you want and click Add to Cart.
Ways to Search
Scroll down the homepage to Shop by Category or Shop by Manufacturer. Click on the category you would like to navigate to.
Use the Search Bar – Type in the item number, UPC, Part #, item name, etc and hit enter.
View your Cart
You may view your cart by clicking the cart icon at the top left of the page for a quick view or click the View Cart & Estimate Shipping for the full cart view.
From here you can estimate your shipping and enter discount codes, Continue shopping, Update your cart, Go to Checkout.
To Sign In
Registered customers click here to sign in and access your Dashboard.
- Here you can see and edit your account information, address book, credit cards on file, quotes, newsletter subscriptions, product reviews and wishlist. View your order, your legacy orders, print orders and invoices.
You can also sign in by clicking the “Sign In/Sign Up” button in the menu at the top right corner of the website.
To Sign In At Checkout
Once you are at the checkout screen you have to enter an email address. If your email address is already associated with an account you will be given the option to sign in. This will allow your information to auto-fill the form.
NOTE: For customers who have been using a non-email User ID – the new system has converted all User ID’s to the email address associated with your account. Passwords remain the same. If your email address has not been used before you will have the option to register once you have finished the checkout process.
Reorder a prior order
Click the sign in/ sign up link at the top left of any page to enter your Email address and password.
Once signed in you can go to your dashboard and click the link “Orders”. From the orders screen you will see a reorder button. Click reorder to add the items from that order into your cart.
Checkout
On the Checkout page you may sign in or use the Checkout as a Guest.
Enter your email address to receive your order confirmation
Enter or Confirm your Shipping Information or Add a new shipping address. Registered users can save multiple shipping addresses in their address book.
Enter any specific instructions, PO number to be used.
Select your Shipping Method
Enter your UPS information if you would like us to ship on your account.
Click Next
How did you hear about us? Click the field and select an answer
If your billing address is the same as your shipping address you can review and place your order by clicking the Place Order button.
If you need to change your billing address uncheck the box and fill in the correct billing information.
You may also enter any applicable discount codes by clicking on Apply Discount Code and entering the Discount Code.
Forgot something?
Click AA Abrasives at the top of the page to go back to the shopping area.
Did you checkout as a guest?
You can create an account after you checkout. Click on the link when you finish checking out.
Get a Quote
Need a Quote? Click on Quote on the black bar at the top of the page.
Fill in all required information. If you need multiple items use the Message section to include as many items as you need quoted. Provide as much information as you can so that we can accurately quote you. You may upload up to 2 images to assist us with your quote.
Wishlist
For Registered Users – add items to a wishlist. You can email the list to other team members for approval and items can be purchased when approved. You can access your wishlist from your dashboard.
